Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SaturdayClub account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to help us identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
